Quick update.
I'm enjoying a restful zero day at Mountain Meadows Lodge (http://mountainmeadowslodge.com) in Killington VT, a beautiful and welcoming respite alongside the AT. The weather is perfect and I am full of town food.
I expect to be hiking the AT again on Sunday and reach Hartford NH in a few days.
